She is inspired by my Dragon Age Inquisitor, Seren. Seren is a blood mage on the sly. Whether you enjoy DA or not, if you like vengeful halfling elves, then you will like Seren.

The original actually started on a piece of white cardboard since at the time I had no paper suitable for watercolor. First steps were to sketch, watercolor, and then outline some of the image with ink. I then scanned it and digitally tweak the color values to complete it.
